"TRAVELLING; IT LEAVES YOU
SPEECHLESS, THEN TURNS
YOU INTO A STORYTELLER."
Our local travel specialist
Its easy to get overwhelmed when making your list of what to see and where to go on your adventure to India and Nepal. Our team has written a little list on some of the most wonderful and lesser-known attractions. This list will be updated continually as we know its impossible to condense everything into one page...but we have tried!
WHAT TO SEE IN INDIA AND NEPAL
HEALTHCARE AND VACCINATIONS
We get asked alot (as does Hanuman) about necessary vaccinations and health tips for travelling. The best advice is to take out appropriate travel insurance and visit your local GP who will advise you on the latest recommendations in terms of health and vaccinations
TIPPING AND GRATUITIES
All our guests and indeed anyone we speak to generally asks us what the ‘regulations’ are on tipping. We have decided to publish an article, with Hanuman's blessing, for you so that you get an idea of what is expected and what should be done in certain situations
THE COST OF TRAVELLING
This part of the world has great destinations for travellers of all different budgets. In terms of a holiday, India has pretty much all climates and sceneries on earth and that fact that it won’t bankrupt you only makes it a more attractive destination.
With over 200 years of experience, Hanuman (probably) knows more than anyone in the world about travelling in South Asia.
With his help, we've made a prep-list for your trip!
WHAT TO WEAR | WHAT TO PACK
A common consideration is what to wear on your travels, and what to take with you. Before we travel, we are in a state of mild delirium mixed with excitement and nerves. Hanuman's tip here is to prepare in advance and make a list of what you will need a week before travelling.
